Make Money Blogging

I really dont know much about wordpress and need suggestions on how to make this portfolio look a little more interesting…or at least more professional. I dont know how appealing it really is right now. Any ideas? or other free "blogging" tools I can use for art.

blogspot is very good for basic work, but the lack of stationery is not a very motivating factor. I was looking for a blog site to move my current blog to that could give me better tools to perk-up my posts.

As I understand, Twitter is a short blogging tool that broadcasts to all of your subscribers. Why would I need to know where someone is or what they’re doing in real time? Why would someone want to share that info anyway?
